Founded in September 2019, with an emphasis on high-quality simulation, Studio Polygon produce content for well-known simulator OMSI 2.

Who we are:

We are a small group of dedicated individuals creating some of the best addons for OMSI 2. Originally founded in September 2019, our first bus pack, the Studio Polygon Lite was a roaring success and set new standards for future OMSI buses.

Our next bus, the 400MMC, carried on transforming expectations - with groundbreaking new features, enhancements to the officially licensed Ticketer and an emphasis on sounds and performance the 400MMC quickly became an OMSI favourite.

Our latest release, the Studio Polygon Renown is the same story - exceeding expectations with groundbreaking "OMSI-first" features as well as refining current ones as much as possible.

At the same time as the release of the Renown, we moved to our own e-commerce store, where we handle all sales going forward - enabling us to provide faster updates, easier installations, and provide faster support for genuine customers.

Late 2022 will see updates to the Renown - as well as minor "end of life" updates to the Lite and 400MMC to bring our older products up to current standards.

What we do:

Studio Polygon creates high-quality content for the well-known simulator OMSI 2. With an emphasis on quality, realism and providing a great end-user experience. Currently we have 3 released buses, all of which have been a huge success and enjoyed by many for countless hours.

Our first bus pack, the Studio Polygon Lite, was a huge success and transformed the standards of bus packs going forward. Accuracy and attention to detail unmatched by many, twinned with the superb attention to both systems and sounds, the Studio Polygon Lite filled the all important gap for a new UK single deck bus.

April 2020 saw the release of our first double deck bus - the Studio Polygon 400MMC - A high detail, low floor bus that built on the already set high expectations that customers have come to expect from our products. Introducing a whopping 23 unique vehicle variants, various sound packs and continuous updates to the simulation to keep it as releastic as possible. The Studio Polygon 400MMC is a staple of UK OMSI buses.

September 2022 saw the release of the hugely anticipated Studio Polygon Renown - built on the Volvo B10BLE chassis, a much needed replacement was required for the aincient MM2 convert. The Studio Polygon Renown will continue to exceed customer expectations and stand out from the crowd. With over 40 unique variants, including left-hand drive, trainer, dual and single door variants, almost every Renown can be recreated in OMSI to be enjoyed for years to come.

Project Information:

Below you can see a brief overview of how our projects are coming along - from tracking current project progress, to viewing our website uptime.

Planned updates for the Lite and 400MMC include porting of new ticket machines from the Renown and reworking how passengers board/deboard. The newly released Renown will receive bugfixes, and v1.1 will introduce trainer variants in the not too distant future. The Gemini is currently undergoing a refurb, and further information will be published in the near future.
